? Jen — Jess’s twin sister and the reason she became a dance fitness instructor in the first place!

Come ready for a full dose of joy, strength, sweat, and community:

? Class Flow
• UPLIFT to kick things off — yes, you get to train with the incredible Lizzie Dolan!
• Followed by a high-energy, team-taught SHiNE Dance Fitness session to wrap up the celebration with sparkle and style.

? When: Sunday, January 11
? Time: 12:15pm – 2pm
? Where: The MAC at Central Seattle College (Capitol Hill)

? Cost: Pay-what-you-can — donations accepted at the door (cash or digital). Every bit goes directly to Mel’s Scholarship Fund.

? After Party:
We’ll walk to a nearby spot (within 10 minutes) to refuel, connect, and keep the birthday vibes going!
