2025 Seattle Field Hockey Social

The Seattle Field Hockey Social is a two day 7-a-side co-ed social tournament happening at Magnuson Park in Seattle, WA the weekend of August 9-10th 2025. We welcome both teams and individuals to sign-up. We successfully hosted eight teams last year and this year we're hoping for even more!

We're back at Magnuson Park this year. Located near the University of Washington close to the beautiful lakefront. Details for when you reach the park:

We will be playing on Field 5, this is directly East of the parking lot (no more than 100m from the lot, perfect for a quick warmup).

We're all about building good habits and this year is no different! Drink, dance, and be merry at our Saturay Night Social then chill out with an ice cold beer at our Sunday Afternoon Picnic. What more could you ask for?

Go home, get clean, and put on your favourite dancing shoes because we're opening up the dance floor! We'll confirm more details for the social nearer the tournament date including a theme for the night.

After we finish playing on Sunday, we'll kick it easy American summer style at the nearby Magnuson Cafe and Brewery. We're buying your team's first pitcher and a plate of absolutely loaded tater tots guaranteed to make you swoon. Additional food and beverages will be available for purchase.

The registration fee for the tournament will be $70/player. Register and pay by July 4th 2025 to get early bird ticket pricing of $60/player! Registering early helps us organize a great event.

This registration fee covers field rental for both tournament days, refreshments at the pitch, umpires, food at the Saturday night social and a brewery hangout on Sunday. You won't find this much fun for this price anywhere north of the Marshall Islands.

Any plus ones for the social will be charged $25 in advance.

We've joined the future and now use Square for all payments. Be on the lookout for a link to pay online once you get your ticket through Eventbrite. We accept everything Square accepts, that includes Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc...

We recommend using Airbnb for large groups but there are a number of hotels available in the vicinity as well (e.g. Silver Cloud U-District or Hampton Inn Northgate being nearby). Book early as places tend to fill up quickly!

Games will be played over two days on a half-sized pitch with pop-up hockey goals. Goalkeepers are requested but not required. We encourage teams to have a minimum of two women on the field at all times but this is not strictly required.
