This special offering is designed to honor the fullness of the solstice through both the fire of practice and the grounding wisdom of the earth. Join us for one session or stay for the full experience.

The ceremony portion includes:
✨ candle gazing meditation
✨ earth-centered movement
✨ intention & release ritual
✨ humming bee breath
✨ crystal singing bowls & sound immersion

All bodies and experience levels are welcome. Modifications and variations will be offered throughout, and participants are encouraged to move at a pace that feels supportive. Completing all 108 Sun Salutations is not the measure of a meaningful practice. Your intention is what matters most.
