Registration now open: 2026 OSEA Summer Convention Registration is officially open for the 2026 Summer Convention of the Oregon State Elks Association, taking place April 23–25 in beautiful Seaside.
This annual gathering brings together Elks from across the state for fellowship, leadership, recognition, and the continued work of our Order. Members are encouraged to register early and make plans to join their fellow Oregon Elks on the coast this spring.
Registration Details
• Cost: $50 per member
• Early Registration Deadline: April 2, 2026
• Late Registration Fee: Registrations received after April 2 will incur an additional $25 late charge

Early registration helps the convention team plan meals, 
seating, and logistics to ensure a smooth and enjoyable 
experience for everyone.

Thursday Night Banquet – Open to All Attendees Thursday evening will feature the Grand Exalted Ruler’s Banquet, welcoming Grand Exalted Ruler Bryan Klatt and First Lady Susan Klatt to Oregon. The evening will also include recognition of the 2026–2027 Oregon Exalted Rulers.
Unlike past years, this banquet is open to all registered convention attendees. The cost is $54 per person with a choice of New York Strip Steak or Chicken Cordon Bleu.
This will be a special evening of celebration, recognition, and Oregon Elks hospitality, and members are encouraged to be part of this memorable event.
