Join our peaceful cOMmUNITY for Beach Yoga at J Street Beach in Seaside Park, where the sand meets the sea and your practice meets the present moment. Flow with intention as the ocean’s rhythm guides you inward and the sun warms your skin.

No mat needed—just bring a large towel or blanket, water to stay hydrated, and don’t forget your sunscreen.

All levels are welcome.
