FREE Beachside Japa Meditation with The Meaningful Mala

Join us by the ocean on J Street Beach in Seaside Park for a FREE Japa Meditation class led in partnership with The Meaningful Mala. Surrounded by the sound of the waves and the energy of the shore, you'll be guided through the peaceful practice of mantra repetition using handcrafted mala beads designed to deepen your focus and presence.
Whether you're new to meditation or returning to the practice, this all-levels experience offers a serene space to slow down, breathe deeply, and explore the grounding rhythm of Japa.

Beautifully made malas will be available for purchase after class if you feel called to take one home.

Please bring a towel or mat, water, and an open heart.
