- **Event Description**: Join WNPS/CPS volunteer Geoff Berg for an easy-paced walk through a forest and along the beach at Seahurst Park to observe plants and lichens and to look for birds offshore. Muddy-trail footwear and rain gear are recommended—minimal elevation gain
and approximately 2 miles distance. Bring a lunch and binoculars if you want (I will bring a spotting scope). Meet at the upper parking lot at Seahurst Park at 10 am (the lower lot closest to the beach is small and quite crowded). If anyone wants to meet at the Green Lake Park and Ride at 9:15 am, please email me at geoffberg@yahoo.com.
