Near the town of Seaford lies an abandoned village , lost in time since the 1930's. Declared unfit for habitation, when the last residents were forcibly removed, it has lain dormant for nearly a century. Once a thriving mill town, with a railway station and a school , it fell into decline and now all that remains are crumbling walls and fascinating stories.

Join historian and tour guide Nick Richmond to discover what life was like in the walled community of Tide Mills and how the flour mill , driven by the tide of the sea , was the beating heart of the community .
