The band Celtic Spoons was formed in late 2014 by Paula O'Donnell Beisley, Lead Vocalist, Bodhran, Spoon player along with other percussion instruments from Donegal, Ireland and Gary Wayne, Lead Vocalist, Rhythm Guitar and Harmonica player from Chicago, Illinois.
