The Village of Sea Cliff is in the process of updating its zoning based on recommendations included in the recently adopted Comprehensive Plan. The first public meeting was held on September 29, 2025 with approximately 100 attendees. The second public meeting will be held on December 3, 2025 at 7:00 PM at Saint Luke’s Episcopal Church, at 253 Glen Ave.

The event will include a presentation of the preliminary draft zoning recommendations as developed by the Zoning Advisory Committee. Following the presentation, the public will be able to share feedback on the draft zoning through group table discussions. This public input will be further discussed by the Zoning Advisory Committee and the Village Board of Trustees to finalize the zoning updates in 2026. The preliminary draft zoning recommendations will be posted on the website in mid-November to allow the public to review ahead of the workshop.
