Drop-in Vinyasa style 5:30 pm. $10 suggested donation is encouraged. We now have Venmo and Paypal.

We are slowing it down a bit with Heather Solimini as she leads the way of this breath and movement yoga in  or outside the greenhouse surrounded by nature. Dress in layers and bring your mat and water.
