We’re partnering with the Center for Child Psychology of Clarks Summit and inviting families from across our community to join us for a fun, uplifting, and FREE workshop designed to help you stress less and enjoy more this holiday season.

Our workshop leaders will share simple, meaningful, and doable strategies that help you stay grounded, connected, and mentally strong, even during the busiest time of year.

Come learn, recharge, and make this holiday season your healthiest one yet! Participants will also receive some resources to take home.

This workshop is free and open to the community!
