🌱 Spring Equinox Workshop
The Wood Element & the Annamaya Kosha
Spring Renewal & the Physical Body
Spring marks a natural turning point. Energy begins to rise, movement feels more available, and the body responds to longer days and warmer light.
This 90-minute workshop invites you to explore that seasonal transition through the lens of the Annamaya Kosha, the physical body, and the Wood Element, which governs growth, direction, and renewal.
Rather than pushing forward, we’ll work with spring’s energy intentionally, supporting the body as the foundation for healthy movement, clarity, and sustainable momentum.
