Slow Flow Yoga

Namaste! Come join me for our 3rd 1 Hr. Slow Flow Yoga Class in the beautiful outside space at the Tiki!

We've lucked out so far with nice weather and it looks like Monday night will be as well!!

We will connect with our breath as we flow through asanas (poses) guiding us to our final resting pose Savasana for meditation.

You Do Not need to be a member of the Club to attend the class! And...
You can also choose to stay after class to enjoy a drink upstairs at the bar and gather together!

In April, I completed my 200 Hr. Yoga Teacher Certification @ Heart & Soul Yoga School
@ Soul Works in Hamlin.

Yoga is a practice to quiet the mind, to listen & be present in the body, and to feel the Soul. This is what I wish to share that with you! Let's let go of the days worries and have some fun!

What to Bring: Yoga Mat, any props you may have, Water, and a Smile! 😎
