(You can stop by Cedar bicycle to fill out a wavier form during shop hours too)

Please have helmet, lights, plenty of hydration, electrolytes, snacks, tools and an extra tube. 
On the group ride we always follow the rules of the road and *PLEASE RIDE SINGLE FILE* on all roads. This is a intermediate no drop ride, average speed on flats will be 13 to 15mph.
