Designed for intermediate to advanced students, this workshop asks that you arrive with a foundation already beneath you. Please read the prerequisites carefully.

We’ll move off the ground, traveling through a series of intentional wraps and pathways that give rise to shifting forms. Each shape is built with clarity and detail, then softened at the edges offering moments where curiosity can take the lead.

Structure. Precision. Space. 

Space to pause inside a wrap and feel how it holds you.
Space to choose a slightly different exit.
Space to let one shape become something unexpected before returning to the thread.

Expect a practice that is playful, focused, and quietly challenging.

Prerequisites:

Comfort and confidence moving in and around the hammock off the ground

Ability to invert repeatedly without instruction

Ability to remain supported in a wrap above the ground for at least 3 minutes

Please wear fully layered clothing covering arms and legs for comfort.
Pre-registration is required.
