Your invitation to slow down, soften, and receive through grounding,About this EventYou spend so much of your life doing.Planning. Responding. Carrying. Giving. Taking care of what needs to happen next. This evening asks nothing of you.The Art of Receiving is a 75-minute immersive sound experience created as a space to slow down, soften, and let yourself be supported.Held inside the intimate setting of Halo Sanctuary, you’ll settle into a thoughtfully curated space and be guided through grounding, reflection, and an extended sound journey designed to quiet the mental noise and bring you back into your body. For 75 minutes, there is nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to accomplish.Just receive.THE EXPERIENCEWe’ll begin by allowing the body and mind to arrive - shifting out of the pace of the day through intentional grounding and guided breath. From there, you’ll be invited into a simple ritual centered around receiving before settling in for an extended immersive sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, drum, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. The experience closes slowly, giving you space to reconnect with your body, integrate, and return to the evening without being rushed out of the stillness you’ve created. You may leave feeling:• more grounded and present• mentally quieter and less overstimulated• deeply rested• reconnected with yourself• more spacious for whatever comes nextELEVATE YOUR EXPERIENCE - VIP HIMALAYAN SALT CAVEUpgrade to the VIP Salt Cave Experience and receive your sound journey from the comfort of an anti-gravity lounge chair inside Halo Sanctuary’s Himalayan salt cave. The salt cave creates a serene, mineral-rich environment designed to complement rest and relaxation. Himalayan salt spaces are often sought out for their calming atmosphere and as a supportive setting for deeper breathing, relaxation, and overall well-being.Recline in your anti-gravity chair, settle into the stillness of the cave, and allow the sound to surround you while you do exactly what this evening is asking of you:Nothing but receive.VIP Salt Cave seating is extremely limited and available as a separate ticket option when reserving your experience.WHY THE TAURUS FULL MOONThe Taurus Full Moon brings our attention back to the tangible: the body, our senses, what nourishes us, what feels steady, and what allows us to feel supported.Rather than pushing for the next thing, Taurus reminds us that there is value in slowing down enough to experience what is already here.It makes this full moon a beautiful backdrop for an evening devoted to rest, embodiment, nourishment, and the art of receiving. You don't need to know anything about astrology to experience or benefit from the evening. The moon simply provides the intention around which the experience has been thoughtfully created.THE PRACTICALSFri, October 23 7:00 PMHalo Sanctuary75-minute experienceEverything you need to get comfortable will be provided, including yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye mask.No meditation or sound bath experience is necessary.Wear comfortable clothing and simply arrive as you are.Space inside Halo Sanctuary is intentionally limited to preserve the intimate nature of the experience.YOUR INVITATIONThere will always be another task to finish, another message to answer, and another thing asking for your attention. For one evening, you don't have to give more. You get to receive.Reserve your space and join us for The Art of Receiving.PREFER TO SKIP THE EVENTBRITE FEES?You're welcome to register directly with Soulnique Sound and avoid Eventbrite's ticketing fees.Send me a DM on Instagram @soulniquesound or email me at soulniquesound@gmail to reserve your space.
