Pause for Peace

Join us for a heartfelt healing event dedicated to cultivating peace within and around us. Through Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga), Sound Healing and shared intentions, we will create a safe space for releasing tension, and fostering a deep sense of calm and harmony. Together, let us ground ourselves and send out waves of compassion and serenity into our community and the world.

This event will be hosted by Mitra and Erika and will be conducted in both Farsi and English
