💳 If You Bought a Ticket – Here’s What To Do
You personally should:
1. Call your credit card company immediately
* Say you believe you purchased tickets from a fraudulent event organizer.
* Request a chargeback.
* Ask them to flag the merchant.
2. Screenshot everything
* The event page
* The confirmation email
* The payment receipt
* The website URL
3. Report the site
* File a complaint with:
* Federal Trade Commission (FTC.gov)
* Arizona Attorney General (since you're in Phoenix)
* ReportFraud.ftc.gov
4. If paid with debit, move fast. Fraud disputes are harder with debit cards.
