- **Event Description**: Banner Sports Medicine and Concussion Specialists are conducting a research study for parents/caregivers and coaches of child athletes in kindergarten
through 5th grade. The study involves attending a 2-hour session to learn about identifying, managing, and preventing sport-related concussions in children.
Participants will be asked to complete questionnaires immediately before and after the session, and again 4- and 9-months later (15 minutes each) for a total time commitment of 2.5 hours. Refreshments will be provided. Participants will be paid up to $55 in Amazon gift cards for their time.

* One adult per family; children are welcome, however childcare will not be provided
* If you are a Banner Health employee your attendance must occur outside your work hours
