Join us for the BIGGEST and most MEANINGFUL Flex N’ Squeeze event of the year - a holiday charity workout designed to bring the community together for two causes close to our hearts.

We’re giving back to:

Phoenix Childrens Holiday Toy Drive (Please bring one new, unwrapped toy for entry)

Dog Rescue (100% of proceeds will be donated directly to the rescue) - You can bring dog supplies as well if you’d Like!

This special event features of 45 minute holiday themed 45 minute holiday themed body sculpt + core workout, plus a full experience including:
