Must be your original composition, your direct observation, not another artist's work. • Acceptable painting mediums: Oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastels. • Artists are responsible for framing their exhibited artwork, bringing them to River’s Edge Gallery, 209 S Market Street, Scottsboro, Alabama. • Must have your 8” x 10” canvas stamped by event. • Promotional Use: You give organizers the right to use your art/headshot for promotion. • Safety: Artists are responsible for their own safety and must not block public access. • Disqualification: Risk of disqualification for using photos, studio work, or impeding others. • All exhibited artwork must be for sale. Artists will set their own prices. • All sales during event must include sales tax and be processed by River’s Edge Gallery whether sales made during judging or off your easel. • Must sign your acceptance of terms and conditions and hold harmless agreement at time of registration.
