Writing Workshop: Underdog Stories

CALLING ALL WRITERS! Join us Tuesday, Feb 10 at 6:30pm at the Scotts Valley Library for a stimulating workshop: UNDERDOG STORIES. In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore a major theme from Spare Parts, the underdog story. Stories like Spare Parts remind us that we can overcome the odds and uproot expectations by showing up with courage and creativity. We’ll look at the key elements of an underdog story, then apply them to our own story ideas. Local author Anne Janzer will facilitate the workshop and provide multiple writing prompts to work from.
