Turn leftover wood into something beautiful. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll sand, cut, refinish, and assemble scrap pieces into new creations you can take home. Along the way, you’ll get comfortable with tools like sanders and saws, learn how to fasten and finish, and pick up practical safety tips.
No experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to get a little dusty. All materials provided.
Takeaway: Your own upcycled wood piece, ready for home, garden, or gift-giving.

The workshop will take place outdoors under the pavilion.

The suggested donation is $20 to $30, but pay what you can. 70% goes to Brandon Williams, the instructor, and 30% to Heck.house. No one will turn away for not donating.
