This workshop will include a devotion time, strength/conditioning exercises, connecting turns and leaps across the floor, and a break down of jump & turn mechanics.

Firebird
C-Jump
Stag Leap

Turns covered:
Pirouettes
Chainees
Fouettes
Pique Turns
as well as learning the difference between turn directions (en dedan/en dehor: inside/outside)
