New to pickleball? These lessons are designed for players with little to no experience who want to learn the fundamentals in a fun, welcoming JCC environment. You'll get hands-on instruction covering:

Court layout, rules and scoring basics
Proper grip, stance and paddle control
How to serve, return, and keep the ball in play
Essential shots: dinks, volleys and groundstrokes
Footwork and positioning for doubles play
Pickleball etiquette and strategies to build confidence
By the end of the program, you'll understand the flow of the game, feel comfortable joining open play and be ready to enjoy the fastest-growing sport in the country.  No experience needed - just bring comfortable shoes, water and a positive attitude!

Paddles are available if you don't have one. Open to players aged 11 years and over.

Once you've completed at least one beginner class, you'll be eligible to sign up for our Intermediate Clinic to continue building your skills and confidence on the court.
