We begin with EFT (Emotional Freedom Tapping) to shift and release the stuck energy tied to old stories and past identities, making room for something new to take root. 

Then I’ll guide you through an empowering portrait experience. A tangible, beautiful moment of reclamation. Your portraits become a marker of this turning point, photographic proof of who you are now, and an anchor if you ever feel your confidence slip.

As you literally rip up or erase past labels from your body and claim your new word, I will gently and compassionately document your reclamation. While you are waiting for your time in front of the camera, you are invited to journal or cheer each other on. This is truly such a powerful moment for sisterhood and connection. We are stronger and more powerful together.

Finally, we close with a deeply relaxing hypnotherapy session that locks your chosen new identity into your subconscious, so the shift becomes a permanent part of who you are.
