The event will run from 8 am to 1 pm with hour long wellness sessions throughout the day. The sessions will include a range of activities such as yoga, meditation, sound bath, and more! Tickets will go on sale in mid-April. Enjoy light fare from our sponsors, mingle with guests, relax and watch videos about the farm as well as informational videos about nutrition from our Nutrition Director throughout the day. Come early or stay after sessions. 100% of all proceeds raised at the Wellness-A-Thon will go directly to provide mental health services and support as well as Thera-Farm programming and maintenance. There are 5 different sessions - register for 1or several! Energy clearing: There will be a reset the energies of the space and participants, followed by teaching brief energy clearing techniques to clear negative/stagnant energy and replace with positive/fluid energy. Chakra- balancing and breath: Breathwork to activate each of the 7 main chakras works wonders for anxiety, feelings of sadness or being "stuck", lack of confidence, etc. A quick, easy, and fun way to rebalance our energy centers and tune in to our bodies. Guided Reiki Crystal Meditation and Sound Bath: Once we've centered ourselves and rebalanced our energetic bodies, we will sit for a guided meditative experience. Everyone will be given a crystal to hold onto or place on themselves for healing where they needed most and receive reiki healing and sound bath. Wear comfortable clothing.
