On select days that PVSD is closed, we will offer a Stories & S.T.E.M. program for students in grades K - 5.

These programs are open to all local public, private and homeschool students in grades K - 5 / ages 5 - 12

THIS SESSION WILL BE HELD AT PVL IN OUR NEWLY RENOVATED LIBRARY SPACE.  You are welcome to park out back and enter directly to our lower level space.  Doors open at 10:15.

We will read I Need My Monster by Amanda Noll.  Young engineers will first map out their design plan on paper before building their own monster.  Students will work their way through the Engineering Design Process.  Imagine-->Plan-->Create-->Test-->Improve-->Reflect-->Ask

Adults are welcome to participate, observe, or read/work in other library spaces, but must remain on-site.  Younger siblings are welcome to enjoy the Children's Reading Room of the library with their grown up.
