On Saturday, April 18 at 10:00 AM, we’re teaming up with Parks & Trails New York and the NYS Canal Corporation for the Annual Canal Clean Sweep, a statewide effort to prepare canal communities and trails for the upcoming season.

This is a great volunteer opportunity for all ages! Families, scout troops, clubs, community groups, and students looking for service hours are all welcome. We’ll be working together to clean up trails, spruce up garden spaces, and get the park ready for a busy spring and summer.

🧤 What to expect:
• Trail and park clean-up
• Gardening and light maintenance projects
• Projects suitable for all ages and abilities

🌿 What to bring (if you can):
Gloves and light gardening tools (rakes, hand tools, etc.)

📍 Location: Hudson Crossing Park (meet at the pavilion)
