1st Annual Stand Up Paddleboard Races

The Schuylerville Lions Club is proud to announce its inaugural Stand Up Paddleboard races to take place on August 9th at Fort Hardy Park. This exciting new event is open to all ages, with novice races for adults, lifeguards and preteens.

Registration will begin at 9 AM with the first race kicking off at 11:30 AM. Entry fees are $20 for adults and $10 for preteens.

Thanks to the generous support of The Kayak Shak, participants who do not own boards can take advantage of free paddleboards! Those interested are required to pre-register and specify the number and size of SUP boards needed. Preregistration and payments will be accepted through Eventbrite. This event is at your own risk and will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be given. We appreciate all donations!

Following the SUP races, Hudson Crossing Park will host its popular annual cardboard boat races, making for a full day of fun on the water. Attendees can also look forward to live music and food vendors throughout the day.
