Let’s close out 2025 and welcome 2026 in a deep and meaningful way! Presenter Susan Meyer will share her tried and true system for releasing the current year honorably and supercharging your vision and intentions for the upcoming year. This isn’t about making “resolutions”. It’s about getting in touch with and honoring the dreams living inside your heart and midwifing them into the world. Reflective questions and guided inner journeys will help you to get clear on what matters most and create a monthly infrastructure to help you stay true to that throughout the year.  

This popular, sixth annual series is presented through Schuylerville Public Library and consists of five virtual zoom sessions. These meetings begin on Monday, December 29 at 7pm and continue each Monday until the final session on January 26.  PLEASE REGISTER ON OR BEFORE DEC 29

Session 1: Reflecting on & Releasing 2025 (Dec. 29)

You will be guided to reflect on and release the year, unwrap the wisdom and “dark gifts” of the challenges you encountered, celebrate your personal strengths and accomplishments (large and small), generate self-compassion, and make peace with your experience of 2025. This session is an important one that helps you to compost and integrate the residue of year that’s ending before moving into the New Year.

Session 2: Setting Intentions (Jan. 5)

This powerful session will help you to get clear on what matters most. From there, you will begin to set intentions and aspirations aligned with your vision of who you want to be, what you want to do and manifest, and how you want to feel. You will receive inspiration for creating artistic expressions of your deepest aspirations.

Session 3: Identifying Your Resources and Superpowers (Jan. 12)

This session focuses on resourcing and resilience! As the envisioning process continues, you will take inventory of the inner and outer resources you can call upon to uplift and support you when the going gets tough or things just don’t go as planned

Session 4: Getting Organized and Mapping It Out (Jan. 19)

This is where we put it all together. Learn how to turn a regular planner into a magical, motivating, manifesting tool, and create your own, personalized organizer to house your intentions, resources, inspiration, reminders, etc. so they’ll be easily accessible.

Session 5: Staying on Track (Jan. 26)

In this session, you will put in place a system of setting monthly intentions and responding to end-of-the-month reflections, to keep you aligned with what matters most as the year progresses.
