Zentangle Intro - Schenectady

The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. It's also a wonderfully accessible kind of meditative practice that helps soothe anxiety and cultivate calm and focus. If you can write your name, you can develop a Zentangle practice! This is a beginner class, appropriate for all ages -- the only requirement is the ability to focus for two 40-minute working periods with a brief break between. Certified Zentangle Teacher Holly Loth will introduce you to the Zentangle method and send you home with everything you need.
