Yoga Fun for the Teens

Bus Stop Club invites teen members to join us for Yoga Fun for the Teens, a relaxing and welcoming evening designed to help teens unwind, move their bodies, and enjoy time together in a calm, supportive environment.

This session will take place at Inner Bliss Yoga and Wellness and is perfect for beginners and all experience levels. A guided instructor will lead the group through a gentle yoga practice focused on relaxation, mindfulness, and fun. After the session, participants will enjoy drinks and a snack while spending time together.

This event is part of our Teen programming and is designed to support wellness, connection, and self-care.
