The Art of Book folding for Beginners

This class is a peaceful, contemplative escape where creativity meets calm. No experience needed.

All classes at Thrifty Connections are intended for adults and suitable for individuals 16+.

CONTEMPLATIVE CLASSES= Quiet & Meditative class environment. Some classes may either begin or end with a guided meditation or a short guided breath work exercise and will be an opportunity to quiet the mind & body and allow the creative process to reconnect you to yourself. A great opportunity to be amongst others while remaining within yourself. Connecting in quietness!
