We let them cook and out pops great and wonderful improv we’ve never seen.Critical Mass is a new improv group composed of current and former Mopco students. Their show is highly based on LNI (Quebec National Improv). There are two teams plus a ref. Each round is based on a card the ref pulls from a deck. The teams then each respond to the prompt, competing for a point.Prompts might involve time, music, or playing with audience suggestions. The crowd votes for the team they liked more.There are nuances, but that’s it in a nutshell. If you like Theatresports, we bet you’ll like Critical Mass!
