Cardio Dance is a fun, upbeat 45-minute workout built around easy-to-follow dance-inspired cardio and a playlist featuring music from the 90s through today.

You do not need to be a dancer. The goal is simply to move, get your heart rate up, have fun, and start your weekend feeling good.

All fitness levels are welcome, and options can be provided throughout class so you can work at your own pace.

What to bring: comfortable workout clothes, sneakers, and water.

Not sure about committing to all 10 weeks? No problem! Come try the first class for $10 and see what you think.
