Warm Up: Barre at the Bar—5pmFree for paying event attendees, this Barre workout is just what you need to get you in the party zone. Led by local trainer Tommie Burch, the 45-minute workout will burn your booty, strengthen your arms, and get your entire body pumped up.☝️ First Set: The Party Starts—6pmThink DJ tunes, complimentary mocktails (and cash bar), and a one-of-one photo op in Good Karma Studio's aerial lyra hoop. Photos will be published in the spring issue of CRL!? Water Break: Top 10 Trainers—7pmWe'll pause the party—only for a few minutes!—to recognize the Top 10 Trainers of the 518, who are featured in the Health & Wellness Issue. (Stay tuned to see the list.)
