- **Event Description**: SCHS is heading to the city to visit the New York Historical museum! Join us as we explore some of their world-class exhibits, including “Declaring the Revolution: America’s Printed Path to Independence” which connects to the America250 celebrations of 2026. 

Explored everything at New York Historical before it’s time to head back to the Capital Region? Then head across the street to the American Museum of Natural History (AMNH)! Admission is pay-as-you-wish for New York State residents, and will be a great way to spend the afternoon (especially if you have not visited their new Richard Gilder Center).

Our bus departs the Stockade at 7am and Crossgates Mall at 7:30am. We will plan on leaving the New York Historical at 4pm and returning to the Capital Region around 7:30pm. The cost covers your bus fare and ticket to the New York Historical. You will be responsible for paying for your food and obtaining your own AMNH ticket.
