Throughout the day, families can enjoy a wide range of nature‑based and hands‑on activities, including bushcraft, fire‑lighting, leaf rubbing, sunflower potting, and a woodland trail. 

There will also be knot‑tying sessions with the Sea Cadets, live music from the bandstand, face painting (with a small charge), and birds of prey displays. A variety of community groups, charities and local traders will also be attending, offering family‑friendly stalls, food and craft items.

Children’s entertainer Kathy Seabrook will be performing in the tipi throughout the day, with regular sessions running all day. These performances are designed to keep younger children engaged and entertained during their visit.

The event is open from 10am to 4pm and is FREE to attend.
