Restore & Renew Yoga & Acupuncture Workshop at Root To Rise

Take a gentle pause before the holiday season begins. �

Join Dr. Jenn Gelfand and Acupuncturist Carole Wyche for Restore & Renew- a deeply grounding 90-minute experience on November 23 from 5–6:30pm at our Scarborough studio.

We’ll begin with a mindful yoga flow to gently build some heat, soften the body and clear the mind, then ease into savasana for ~20 minutes of cozy acupuncture designed to support whole-body balance and rejuvenation.

This intimate class weaves together shared intention, movement, and healing.
