IndepenDance is a fun, inclusive night out exclusively for disabled adults aged 18+.
Held from 7pm–9pm, IndepenDance is all about creating a real night-out experience — dancing, music, socialising and good vibes — just without the overwhelming bits. The music is toned down, there are no strobe lights, and the atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and accessible.
