We will meet at 1-2pm on the first Friday of each month. Losing someone you love can be overwhelming, and grief can feel isolating. Our bereavement support groups offers a safe, welcoming space where you can share your feelings, listen to others, and find comfort in knowing you’re not alone alongside support and advice from an experienced mental health professional.

Grief affects everyone differently, but being around people who understand can provide reassurance, connection, and hope. Whether you want to talk or simply be in the company of others who ‘get it,’ this group is here for you. Together, we support each other through loss, helping to ease the weight of grief one step at a time. You don’t have to face this alone.

You can register at swrmind.org.uk/series/eastfieldbereavement which will sign you up for reminders or allow us to get in touch if there is a change/cancellation, or you can just come along on the day. The group is free to attend but donations always welcome.
