The event will involve walking along the promenade but the include some stepping up onto the sea wall in order to get closer to the fossils.What to bring/wearThis event takes place outside so brace yourself for the Yorkshire weather! We'd recommend sturdy footwear and lots of layers. If it's a hot day, remember a hat and sun cream.Toilets and cateringPlease be aware that Yorkshire Wildlife Trust do not have facilities in Scarborough. However, there are a number of public toilets and catering facilities nearby.Covid-19 secureIf you have tested positive or think you may have Covid-19 we ask you to stay at home. Please contact Supporter Services if this is the case and your booking will be refunded. Visit our events Covid-19 page for more details.Joining us on the dayPlease meet at the bottom of the stairs in front of The Clock Cafe, Scarborough YO11 2HD.ParkingThere is a council-owned car park at Sea Cliff Road - parking is free for 3 hours.
