Before Grind & Tonic, Rob and Rebecca Clark ran Clark’s restaurant right here in this space — a place that became a favourite for locals and visitors to Scarborough alike.
Now, for one very special night, they’re returning to the kitchen where it all began.
This isn’t about trends or hype.
It’s about coming full circle, revisiting flavours people loved, and welcoming back an amazing chef, with the best front of house (Rebecca) who helped shape the story of this restaurant.
