To see the availability of Accessible Tickets that can be purchased online check the appropriate 'Type' from the list. The 'Wheelchair Accessible' seats available direct from Ticketmaster are for standard sized wheelchair users only. If you need to book a space for a larger wheelchair or electric scooter please contact the venue direct. The accessible ticket policy limits one free carer ticket to each accessible ticket purchased, subject to meeting the venue's eligibility criteria, please check the venue website for more information. Patrons who require more than one essential companion or additional positions within the booking can call 0800 988 4440 (Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm Saturday:10.00am to 3:30pm). Note:
For customers buying stalls tickets, please note that Stalls seating is flat until Row J after this Row the seating is slightly raised, and customers may stand during the performance. The stalls area is accessible for standard sized wheelchairs using the venues internal lift. Please note that Balcony seating is raked and is only accessible using steps, so not suitable for people with restricted mobility. Standing will NOT be permitted in the Balcony, due to Health & Safety reasons. Patrons who therefore do not wish to stand during seated concerts need to book tickets in this area. Any seat sold as restricted view is due to a sight issue or pillar blocking part of the stage. Alcohol may not always be permitted in the Theatre but if it is, glass is not allowed. The onsite bars will provide customers with plastic glasses.
