This 4 hour day retreat will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and recharged.   2 plus hours of Yin Yamuna® Body Rolling, where we will learn techniques to relieve pain and tension, strengthen and lengthen muscles, increase flexibility and mobility all while having fun!  Following our Masterclass, we have TIME.   Time to float between the Garden Oasis Sauna and soaking tubs, the infrared light therapy station and the peace and quiet of the great outdoors.  Frequent visitors to The Sanctuary are families of deer, eagles, osprey, and the occasional plane heading to PDX.  

Delicious Snacks and tea and water at the Hydration Station are provided in this 4 hour Depth Recharge Afternoon. 
 Limited to 8 to ensure personalized rejuvenation.
