This Saturday at 10:45 AM (right after our 9:30 Hatha class!)
This 30-minute, beginner-friendly session is a gentle dive into the ancient healing system of Ayurveda—yoga’s sister science. You’ll explore:
The 3 Doshas Your unique mind-body constitution. How the time of day impacts energy. Modern rituals for balance & wellbeing. All in a totally non-restrictive, real-life way
Bring a notebook + pen—we’ll be doing some light reflection + self-inquiry.
Led by Bethany Garvin, Certified Ayurvedic Specialist + longtime yoga teacher, this workshop blends heart, wisdom, and practical tools to help you reconnect to your rhythm.
*Also available on Zoom if you register by Friday at 6PM!
