Grounded in Nature is a sound bath experience designed to help you release stress, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Surrounded by the peaceful setting of Rustic Roots Winery, you'll be guided into deep relaxation as the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and other therapeutic instruments wash over you.

Each session offers an opportunity to:
•Let go of tension and overwhelm
•Restore balance to body, mind, and spirit
•Reconnect with the grounding energy of the earth
•Cultivate inner peace and clarity

No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to do the work.

What to bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that will help you settle in and relax fully.

After the sound bath, you're invited to stay and enjoy a glass of wine, connect with friends, and soak in the beauty of the winery.
