This new year you are invited to trade numbing with old habits and alcohol to dull your senses with nature’s most beautiful gift—the exact opposite.
We begin on the sandy shores of San Pancho, the ocean holding the balance of all the elements. Each morning we’ll enter that same flow through Qigong moving meditation with me, Shahar Arjuna Kovetz, tapping into the wellspring of wisdom that lives both within us and all around us.
Just a short walk from the beach we step into the jungle, where the songbirds of Mexico welcome the day. On a wide bamboo platform, Rama Priya, Kayla Witoshynsky , guides us in deep acupressure Hatha Yoga, stretching into every layer of being. Kayla is also the one who brought this vision to life online, helping us share what makes this retreat so special.
Meals are lovingly prepared by a local plant-based holistic chef, food so alive you feel it nourish every cell.
Afternoons open into the living traditions of Mexico with our local masters and shamans. You’ll sit in a cacao ceremony guided by a world renowned shaman, opening the heart through one of the most ancient and sacred medicines. You’ll enter an authentic sweat lodge, reconnecting with the earth in a powerful ritual of cleansing and rebirth.
Evenings close with sound healing led by Adrian Shiva Tafo, where the jungle itself seems to vibrate with the bowls, the birds, and the rhythm of your own heartbeat.
This is an invitation to step into something different, something unforgettable. This is a clear message for the mind body and soul. I know what balance feels like. I know the rhythm of nature lives within me. I know how to return to my deepest self, anywhere, anytime.
